does it exist? is there such thing as a toy that is safe for anal that has a rotating head? preferably one that's not horribly thick..somewhere between beginner and intermediate?

i'm not sure. eden doesn't carry one right now, at any rate. but you could use any rotating rabbit (the 'ears' make sure it won't slip in even it it doesn't have a flared base) with a condom over it.

That does sound good, it would need a strong motor though.
