I'd say it really depends on how pointy and how well it is incorporated into the design of the product. Anything close to sharp I intend to avoid.

Just wrote a review on a product like this! For me, they're incredibly irritating. It feels like I'm being poked and prodded, especially if I'm using the toy internally where it's harder to control the amount of pressure. That said, everyone's different, so maybe some people enjoy a pointier tip.
