I'm female, I use my (non-vibrating) Big John Doll all the time, he's my second favorite toy. (1st place goes to the Wahl 2-Speed massager kit...that badboy's my happy place.) I'm not sure why more women wouldn't want one...it's rather difficult with regular toys to take top or do doggy style.
