just is the toy is not sensitive to water and soap.... then i will recommend you to use an mild soap and water .. and pat dry... if the toy is so sensitive please use wipes .. i think wipes are good for all kind of toys... but read the instructions for cleaning if the toy has a paper with tips for care ... otherwise if it does not say... look at the toy texture.. material... and things like that if you consider is too sensitive then go with wipes ... great i hope this was helpful
