So my fiance has been wanting to get this for awhile now. I've read reviews but I'm still wanting more opinions. Is this a good idea or too much money to risk messing it up? Should I just stick to the real thing and save for a good quality vibe? The idea of it being HIM, I like but we aren't artistic or crafty at all &I'm just on the fence about it.

I voted no. A toy is never as good as the real thing, so in my mind the only thing my toys have going for them is variety. A toy that is modeled after but by definition not as good as the real penis I am used to would just disappoint me.

Reasons not to: It's messy and tricky to get right.
It's not going to be a quality vibrator. Even if you replace the one it comes with, it still won't be as strong or useful as one that's got better placed motors.
The material is rubber and not silicone.

Hm, I never thought about the possibility of it being bigger than him I don't think I will like that. I'll be sure to tell him this when we talk about it again. I'm a beginner with the toy scene &I base my selections on how quiet something is AND the girth. I would love to do a video review but I've never attempted to use the built in cam on my lap top, hell I don't even know how to access it but I'll keep that idea in mind. I'll have to dig the manual out and get my fiance to help me figure it out. I'm good with writing....papers for classes but I don't have that special talent to be a writer. I'll have to check out other possibilities but I appreciate the suggestions, I never knew about them!

I didn't vote because I can't pick a yes or no. I see the reasoning behind this kit, but I don't know that I'd spend money cloning it... I think it would be a better use of money to buy a different toy.

I could see a couple that was going to be away from each other for LONG periods of time (I'm thinking military, etc) would use something like this. Or if your hunny had an insanely large "willy" that you needed to get used to and this would prepare you...

So maybe I'm leaning towards no.... off to vote!

I think it'd be fun to try, but I doubt I'd ever use it, except maybe brandishing in front of friends or sitting on the dresser. Toys that are realistic don't really appeal to me, in general, though.

I really want to do one...especially the glow in the dark kit. I think it'd be fun and I know he'd like the whole clone thing. I don't know how often I'll use it but I'm putting a different vibe in it instead of the one that comes with the kit (based on reviews). I think the best success is when you're prepared and have read through everything. If it doesn't work the first time I might not try again, but I think it'd be fun.

If you've got the extra cash why not, it would be funny and sexy. But if you would rather save up for an expensive vibe you should do that. A word of warning the Clone a Willy set might not be what you are expecting, just a heads up.

Took us the kit and THREE refills to get it right. Still was only half hard, since it is impossible to keep an erection...even with help from your favorite partner, when dipped in cold plastic goop.

Anyway, it was FUN to do, and I WOULD recommend it once in life...but you WILL mess it up, at least once, maybe more. I wish the KIT would have enough for FIVE TRIES...which it should.

You do get a cute toy out of it...but after one or two uses, it ain't the real thing anyway...so it languishes in a closet.
