I fully charged my cobra libre before the first use. Now it is completely drained. Do I fully charge it again for 2nd use or can I charge a little and then use it? Would it be ok for the battery?

If it's drained entirely, I would charge it again fully before using it again.

It is best to completely charge the battery and use it down to dead like you would a laptop battery.

DON'T EVER drain a rechargeable toy. You could ruin the battery! Always leave a little juice. Like a phone, or tablet, or Ipod, and then charge it, and don't use it while charging!
