I prefer the steady vibrations. The patterned ones sometimes have too much time lapse or don't come back as powerful as they left off.

I like a steady vibration almost all the time. It may just be me, but when there's patterns I inevitably start counting along with them, and it just ruins the mood!

I can't get off with pulses and rarely use them. I have to use a steady vibration to get very far. I get kind of distracted using other vibrations, like I'm bored and not really there.
