Do you go for cute toys or functional toys?

Function over form. But nobody likes a butt-ugly toy!

I put a lot of value on the functionality of a toy, but if it doesn't look attractive I will not consider buying it.
Definitely the function and power is more important to me for sure

I hate 'cute' toys, so if it's overly girly (pink or hearts) that will actually deter me from the toy, no matter how amazing it is. I always go for functionality, it must also be at least 4 vrooms to actually get me off.

Function is most important, then appearance is certainly a factor.

Thankfully I live in an age with plenty of toys that are both attractive and functional.
Yeah, reviews are a big one for me as well.

I'd rather have both whenever possible but function is definitely more important.

For me it's 90% function and 10% fashion. It has to look truly appalling for me to dismiss it. Like something I think would completely ruin the mood for me.

If it looks cool/cute it makes me look at it, but if it has tons of bad reviews it is a no for me

I will only buy functional toys, but I don't think I'm going to buy something if I don't like how it looks either. Both, yo. Pickiness = budgeting.

Also voting for both. It seems to me that really well-designed toys both work well and look good doing it.

It's all about function. My wife's best all time favorite toy is the Eroscillator 2 deluxe with the grapes attachment.

Functional is my top priority but novelty cuteness is a nice bonus and if it's on a great sale I might get the cutest ones.

Function comes first, though it is obviously great if it looks nice too.
