I recently got this vibe and if I tap the case too hard, it shuts off. Also when thrusting with it, sometimes it turns off on me. Could it be the battery casing is too loose or it's the batteries? It's frustrating me since I just bought it and I spent quite a bit and all, plus it kept stopping before I could get off on it! *angry*

I have never owned the toy, but i do have a lot of experience with electronics and it sounds like there is a loose connection somewhere.

Try a new set of batteries...if that doesn't work you could try just looking at the casing and seeing if you could do some quick soldering work (without wrecking the toy)...unfortunately it may be more trouble than it's worth...I dunno. Good luck.

I found out it was a combination of batteries and the connectors of the battery case. I had to use needlenose pliers to bend them out more, (the two metal prongs), plus uncurve them and make them flat against the part they touched. So far, not a problem since. :3

It still might be worth mentioning that you had to fiddle with the connectors. I've had to do that on one or two of my toys, and it's definitely a quality concern for me.
