I tend to find myself gravitating to varying shades of purples, especially magenta, plum, deep violet, and deep bluish-purple shades. But, I do try to pick up unusual colors when I have the chance.

I also love green (all shades) and intense shades of turquoise. If the color is right, I also love bright orange (I want the orange Scrudy and I also wish that I had gotten my Ina in orange now!). Bright, vivid, crisp white and deep, velvety black are also hot!

I try not to have a color preference for toys, because sometimes a toy that looks like it will be great only comes in certain colors. My favorite color is blue, and I find that when I go to order a blue toy, they are sold out! So, I have learned to like other colors

Bright shades of purple and pink, because these are two colors that do not exist in other areas of my life. Since these things live buried in a locked box, I let them be girly. For all other objects, I'm more into subdued earth tones.

That said, I'm unlikely to turn down a high quality toy just because of color, and if a particular toy strikes me as prettier in some other color, I'll buy it in that shade. I'm not really all that picky.
