Problem with the free gift?

So, this toy was the awesome free gift offered during the EF anniversary party to everyone who typed in 'fantasys' in the search bar. I had this in my cart as such when suddenly it stopped counting as "free" and appeared at full price. Is anyone else having this problem? Did the offer expire? I don't remember seeing an expiration date on the offer pop-up, but I might have missed it in my excitement.

Wow I totally missed that thread. It happens to me though when I wait too long for a free gift already in my cart the system somehow resets it and I have to start all over. About this particular item I don't know though.

Submit a support ticket. That happened to me with the free gift for signing up for the newsletter. I had it in my cart, but waited too long to claim it and I was told to submit a support ticket.

If you remove the item from you cart and research fantasys; the free offer still pops up.

I've done so, but haven't gotten a reply yet. Hopefully I'll figure out what's going on soon.

I tried that, but for some reason it doesn't seem to be working because the pop up isn't showing up.

That is odd because it worked for me and I put that toy in and out of my cart multiple times. Huh?

They usually reply within 24hrs. You could have also used the costumer service in the help tab at top. But if you have submitted a support ticket there is no reason to use the costumer service. They will be on it as soon as they can.

Oh wow, I guess other people are having this problem too. The support ticket directed me to email Gary, so I've done that and will post here with what ever ends up happening. Thanks to everyone who responded!
