How do you know when the Bliss is fully charged?

The red light that lights up on the bullet will turn green. It won't be an obvious green, but if you look closely, you'll see it.

As Annemarie said, there is a light near the retrieval string that turns red (i have the blue bliss and the green shows up nicely) when you need to charge it, and it turns green once its fully charged
