Although I don't own the Getaway, I can't imagine how it would be... It's not rounded, and it doesn't really appear to have a ring compatible base. Plus, I don't know that it would be comfortable against the pubic bone.

I'm pretty sure this would work best as a hand-held toy, though I guess anything can be modified to work

I thought it would fit nicely against a mound, to rub against while using it in a harness. Though I agree it could be uncomfortable. Never hurts to try it out! Well.. maybe it could hurt a bit... LOL

I have the toy and I don't think it would work. While the base is intended for clitoral stimulation, it is very rigid except for the very edges and nub in the center.

You'd need to make a very custom rigid holder to have a hope of it working. The "wing" base would catch in the O-ring, but there would be very little vertical stability.
