This, this, and this are all butterfly "rabbits" made out of silicone. I've never tried them but maybe one of them will be good for you.

There's one, I believe. Honest to goodness, it might just be easier to get a subtle harness and then get a real small vibrator instead of any of the butterflies here. Even if the materials are safe, the harness is not very good.
