So, I read a few reviews and found that MiMi is a hard toy to get pinpoint stimulation with. It was very contradicting because others said the complete opposite. I've never used anything but a thin vibrator for clit stimulation, so this flat-ish toy is starting to worry me. Especially since I already purchased it!

Can someone let me know what area that the vibration is most intense? The tip, center, sides, etc? This would really help me out. I suppose I could always keep it as a good neck/back massager if it fails my clit, but I really wanted to use it for my sexy-time lol

It sounds like you just need to experiment a little to find what works for you, NOT what the reviews say.

The vibrations do seem to be focused more in the general tip area, but the whole thing vibrates. I would go with NarcissisticLust and experiment for yourself to see how it works best for you because that could be completely different than how it works best for me, or anybody else who might have reviewed it. On a side note, it is nice as a neck/back massager, so if it doesn't work as well as you'd hoped for your sexy time, go ahead and use it for back rubs.

Thanks guys. You're definitely right, I guess I should experiment. I've always been more experienced in the glass world, and not so much vibes. I mean, I own a few, but when it comes to clitoral vibes they are always small and sleek like I had mentioned. Hopefully this one works for me

Maybe my review was contradictory, you CAN get pinpoint vibrations with the Mimi, you just have to figure out which way to hold it that works for you. I have larger labia, so I have to turn Mimi sideways to get the pinpoint, but someone with smaller labia or a clitoris that protrudes a bit might not have as much trouble.

Thank you for clarifying that. I just hated the thought of buying a somewhat expensive toy to find that it didn't work for me. I have somewhat of a large labia and a smaller clitoris, but my clit responds easily to toys such as the Little Honey #9, which in reality isn't entirely pinpointed since it is so rounded. I hope it works out because I've been excited about MiMi for so long!

You can get pinpoint stimulation with it. Just turn it onto it's side. The motor is in the tip, it takes up about 1/3 of the toy, and the upper portion is hollow.

A lot of reviews I read said there was a lack of pinpoint stimulation, but I indeed found it opposite. All you do is turn it on the side and viola.

See I have a VERY stubborn clit and I can barely get off without pinpoint stimulation and super strong vibrations. I hesitated on MiMi, but I am so glad I ordered it because it has yet to fail me from orgasm.

Thanks for the information. My clitoris is VERY VERY stubborn as well. It takes effort to make me orgasm, and even my fiance has issues with this. I do better during masturbation, but even then I have to have some crazy direct stimulation.

I saw the introduction video for the MiMi and I saw the thing running across the table and thought "BUY IT NOW". Anything that rumbles like that just has to work.

I guess I just feel nervous when I read the reviews that totally bomb the qualities that you had hoped the toy had. I think I made a good choice as well. Even if it doesn't work for me I have an aching neck from sitting at a desk all day and I'm sure she can be put to use.

yes ... if you already purchased it and you own it ... test the areas of your body and see which one you like most... if you feel comfortable.. then the toy is for you. good luck

It's a good question to ask because it seems just about every review out there on most products have differing info so it's very hard when buying a toy if we made the right decision.

I was wondering the same thing because I'm really looking to buy something more compact than the vibes I have, but I was worried about where the vibration was located.
