Yeah, definitely get in touch with them at customercare@lelo.com. They've been very helpful to me in the past. ALSO -- and everyone should do this -- make sure you register your LELO toys on their website in the Register section of their website to be sure that you get the full warranty coverage. Your registration number is on the back of the warranty booklet that came with your toy.
If it does happen to be defective, you'll get a brand new toy!
