Experience with the Ina 2 warranty?

on the ina 2 product page it says that it comes with a one year warranty. Does anyone have any experience with that?

I've used it on the Nea I had. They were quick to respond at first and then all of a sudden it took ages to get a reply back. Even though it took a while they did come through with the warranty.

I've never had to use the warranty on any of my Lelos but they all come with the same 1 year warranty and I've heard of people using them without incident, although, I have heard it can take a while, as Kira says.

thank you both. I just can't stand the thought of buying another expensive toy and having it break a month later.

I had a Gigi break on me- wouldn't hold a charge and both the store and Lelo offered me immediate replacement. I ended up taking a store credit instead and bought a we-vibe but I'm pretty sure that mention that the warranty was honored -they gaveme my choice of where to replace it which I think the Eden does too but I preferred the store cause I wasn't into shipping it back to Sweden! Lol

I used the warranty on my Siri. They responded pretty quickly and I didn't have much trouble. I suddenly got it back in the mail and a while later they sent an email that they were shipping it which was weird, but otherwise it was fine.
