It depends on how large a toy you want. Also, there's no flared base so it could technically get lost. The silicone isn't super slippery thought and you can loop a finger through the base so that does make it safer..

We just got our G4 Big Boss and I see no reason not to use it anally. In my opinion its way to large to 'get lost' - but Adriana is right size could be an issue. But if your up for the size, the strong rumbly vibes should feel great.

BTW - its too big for me - call me a wimp - but the Big Boss is for my wife only.
