Luckily, since it just runs off of a normal bullet vibe, until your old sleeve is totaled you can just replace the bullets when they die!

It does look like they are no longer selling it though, and as I recall it was on sale as a clearance item not too long ago.

It says it's discontinued so it's likely not just out of stock. Companies often change their product lines and older products disappear to be replaced by similar better products... hopefully that's the case here.
