Jack Rabbit Thrusting with or without beads?

I am fairly new to my thrusting jack rabbit and am on the fence about the rotating beads. I also would like a different thrusting vibrator. What are the pros and cons of the beads and what should be my next rabbit?? Any help is appreciated!!
