Based on price alone, I'd go with UMA. I don't love the patterns or the shape but I think many people will.

We don't have the Form 6, but recently got the Uma, and my wife loves it. Great rumbling sensations for her, it does the job for sure.

I would get the Uma because it' s cheaper has great vibrations and is seamless
