Reopening the thread to find it out, by the votes and comments of those only who own/have tried ALL THREE of them...
Though I am bound to the Vanity Vr12 to get, it is still bugging my mind if Ina or Soraya would be a better decision...
What is your opinion?

I do not have all three, so I won't vote, but hopefully my comment will still be helpful.
I have only tried the Ina among these three. I'm not sure if you've read my review, but I was severely disappointed. My biggest problem with it was the fact that you couldn't control the clit portion separately from the internal portion, so if I wanted soft clit vibrations and strong internal vibrations, I was just out of luck. I believe the Soraya has the same issue. That may or may not be a problem for you, but it broke my heart.
In addition to that, Ina is not waterproof, but the other two options you've got are.
Finally, make sure the one you choose is a good fit for you body: measure up!
But my suggestion would definitely be for the Vr12, because the levels of vibration can be customized.

I don't own all three either. I have VR10, which is the same as the 12 but with a different shape clit stimulator and Ina.
I definately use my VR10 way more, but it features a rotating shaft with a vibrating clit stimulator. The shaft doesn't vibrate, where Ina doesn't move, but both shaft and clit stim vibrate.
I also own VR3 and I would say the vibrations are definately more powerful than Ina, but not by a ton. Of the above, I'd pick Vanity hands-down. And if you're drawn to the dual vibrations and shape of Ina, I'd look at VR6, which is pretty similar to Ina, but a bit more powerful and with a less "pinchy" clit stimulator. Granted I don't own that one, but I did have the chance to play with one a bit when it first came out.

It is strange to hear that your Vr10 doesn't have any vibrations in the shaft, my Vr12 does and it is wwwwwwwwwwonderfulllll llll!!!
And am gonna get Vr3 because of the extreme vrooms, oh I can't wait! ^^
