First off let me say that I am not entirely sure this is the spot to post this so if I am in the wrong spot for this forgive me.

My dilemna is this---
I received the Diamondteaser from Eden for review and I loved it, I mean I adored this toy. The problem is that while using it today it just died. I changed the batteries, I have let it rest,it still won't come back on.
So---


Should I review this since I have used it enough to review it or submit a support ticket???


The kicker is I don't know if I killed it from overuse or if there is a short in the cord or some other reason that is so far eluding me at the moment.

Either way I'd create a support ticket. Eden gives you 60 days for returns and exchanges. I had a toy that I loved quit working within that time frame and they replaced for me with a brand new one. You can start your review too, but since you love the toy I'd go ahead and get a replacement for it.

First off, I'm with Indiglo on the support ticket. Second, how many times did you use the toy? It sounds like you used it quite a bit as your already fond of it. I would think you have had enough time to make a solid review of it. Although, the fact that it died should be something you consider mentioning in the review.

I used it tons...I was very happy with it and I was unsure if I should do the ticket since I wasn't sure if you could use the toy too much..I will send JR a message and ask him what he wants me to do. It will get a great review either way.

I'd say that I used it everyday for the last 10 days and probably for at least 1-2 hours per day, not necessarily all at one for those hours.

I'll echo the support ticket suggestion. There's no good reason that any toy should die off like that within 10 days of being brand new.
