I don't own any massagers but I am interested in trying one. Do they provide different sensations in general? Are one more powerful than the other? Which do you prefer and why?

I like them both. They take care of different needs for me so I enjoy either depending on my mood and needs at the time. I have the Hitachi Wand and all three Wahl massagers. Out of mine I crave the Hitachi Wand best and it's extremely powerful. I use it for full body and clitorial stimulation. My vibes are mainly internally used or for teasing. Neither are hard to use but vibes have the advantage of no wires where as the hitachi and wahl have cords (the rechargeable wahl is not as powerful). Usually I'll use my hitachi with a dildo and vibe's on their own.

I like both. I don't have Hitachi or Wahl massagers; I have the Mystic Wand Massager by Vibratex and it's able to give me a clitoral orgasm along with the Eroscillator and the Mimi. Anything that allows me to have an orgasm is a winner in my book regardless of design or type.
All three have different advantages/disadvantag es. The Eroscillator is bound by a cord and uses powerful oscillations. The Mimi is small and rechargeable, but can weaken in the middle of a session The Vibratex Wand I have is battery operated and you have to get used to holding it directly in place.

I've tried massagers, and yes, they are much too big for me. And less powerful in my opinion. I actually prefer bullets/eggs.

I prefer massager style vibrators because they (generally) provide "rumbly" vibrations (deep) vs "buzzy" vibrations (high frequency) from things like bullet vibes. That and the handle makes it easier to apply a lot more pressure and lets me reach better in different positions.
