Hi All.

I got the Je Joue Mimi (original version) during the Valentine's day promo. It won't charge, though - the little red heart light just keeps blinking and blinking and never glows steady. I left it plugged in for 8 hours the first charging attempt, and 10 on the second attempt. I'm working on the third attempt to get it to charge fully as I type, but I somehow feel like it's not going to charge (again.) Has anyone else had this problem??

That generally means you aren't getting a good connection between the plates on the charger and the toy. Have you tried "repositioning" either the charger cable or toy? Usually, you'll also hear a faint high pitched whine if they aren't connected properly (but some people can't hear it).

I always heard a weird whine when i wasn't getting a good connection. My first MiMi's charger stopped working and the company replaced it for free. I would e-mail Je Joue.

I agree on checking the connection, then sending a message if that's not the issue.

I hate that shrieking noise, I wish they'd make indents.raised bits on the plug's magnets to match the +/- so it would stay put better, or something. -__- I love that my We Vibe Tango is like that, it's never had that problem.

I'm going to echo double checking the connections, and then submitting a support ticket if you think it's defective.

Try and discharge it all the way, THEN charge it.
