Taking advantage of the sale, I ordered a SienaSymphony. I received it, and the silicone smells like burnt wires. I've put batteries in it, and it seems to work just fine--no smoke or anything. So, I'm not sure if I should keep it or return it. What would you do?

Silicone shouldn't really have a smell, especially not a burnt wire smell. I'd say send in a support ticket and see if you can get a replacement. Even if there's no smoke, there could be something really wrong on the inside.

I'd wash it a couple times and let it air out to see if it goes away. If not I'd exchange it for a new one.
