New and Curious about Toys to Try

Contributor: Silverwinds Silverwinds
Hello there! I only just joined EdenFantasys about a week and a half ago, and bought my first toy about 3 months ago. I'm open to most any type of toy, and would like to know y'alls opinions on specific toys I should try.

What toy did you buy and how did you like it? That might help when making recommendations : )

I bought the Silicone Dreams and the Clitoral Hummer when I joined. I love the hummer, especially the material it was made from, and the strong vibrations. The dreams is a little too girthy for me, but I am kind of new to penatrative toys, so I could probably get used to it.

Actually, the first toy I bought was a $5 dollar bullet from a random site. I didn't do any research at the time, and looking back now, it was a pretty bad decision on my part. This time, I researched the two toys quite a bit before I bought them.

Well, big congrats to you! That is exciting

I think I'd recommed you telling a little bit more about your prefrences before it'd be easy to recommend products. Everyone's preferences are so different it'd be hard to say what you should try, even though I know it's tough to know just what you do like when you haven't had a lot of experience with a lot of different toys.

Are you probably interested more in large toys? Dildos? Vibrators only? Realistic dildos? What sizes are you comfortable with?

If you happen to have an idea of the answers to some of those questions, we could probably be of even more help, but I'll tell you what types of toys I think are amazing for first toys.

A lot of the vibrators from the Posh line would be fantastic! Especially since many of them are of a comfortable size, have different textures and g-spot shapes to choose from. Here are a couple I think look wonderful for beginner use (and even advanced user)

1. Posh Teaser 1. A nice size that is likely not going to be uncomfortably large for most & it's made of nice, safe & comfortable silcone. Also, it has a g-spot tip that would be a great way to learn what kind of g-spot stimulation you might like

2.Posh Petite Teaser 4. Looks like a wonderful toy for light or more intense stimulation.

3. And for dual-action vibrators that are sturdy and durable enough to last for years & really, really pleasing with their vibrations and features:

4. Clitterific Cup! This was one of my first dual-action toys. I don't know if you're even interested in one of these at the moment, but just in case. This is one I adore and still have around. It's nice!

Almost all of the Evolved toys are amazing, affordable toys that are good quality and usually suitable for beginners as well as advanced users. Some of my favorite toys were Evolved such as Flutter & Sugar, which I still own after a couple years!

Well, I hope this may have been somewhat helpful. I know it's overwhelming because you're so curious and have so much to choose from. It's exciting!

Hope whichever you do choose ends up being a perfect match. I think I'd look for one with several different vibration patterns so you can get a good idea of what types of vibrations you like just by using one/two toys.

Honestly, anything by lelo is worth owning. You should shy away from california exotics as they're generally cheaply made.

I'm interested in G-spot, glass, and metal dildos, rabbit, G-spot, and clitoral vibrators. I'd like to try anal toys, but all the sizes I've seen intimidate me. My Silicone Dreams is 1 3/4" in diameter, and that's pretty thick for me right now. I'd say until I'm more used to girth 1 1/2" is about my limit. I think I'd probably like texture to my toys. The second toy I bought was the MIni Brute by Doc Johnson. It was made of jelly, and was a TOTAL lint magnet. I really didn't like the feel of the material. I'm particularly interested in getting a rabbit vibrator soon, so thanks for the suggestion of the Clitterific Cup! I looked at a couple rabbits, and the rotating functions look pretty interesting, although I'm worried about the diameter on most of them.

That's good to know. I looked at a couple by Lelo after reading your post, they all look so elegant! I'd love to get the Ina 2, but it's just so expensive! I'm paying for quality I guess.

I have the Ina 2 and it is incredible!!! You do pay for quality, I promise. If you're willing to invest, either Ina 2 or Mona 2 would be worth it. Here's my Ina 2 Review
