Well it's advertised on the site as an enema kit, so I don't think it would hurt you if you used it properly. Though I'm not speaking from experience.

I would think anything used anal that is not meant to be used for anal would hurt in a way..

If the item is used with lube and the water pressure is kept comfortably low, you should be fine.
