Well it's advertised on the site as an enema kit, so I don't think it would hurt you if you used it properly. Though I'm not speaking from experience.

If the item is used with lube and the water pressure is kept comfortably low, you should be fine.

its small.... but the water wash going through all the holes washes away the lube. so its like inserting a unlubed piece of rubber up your ass. honestly...just stay away from this thing. its garbage
