Panty vibrators: do they say in place?

Depends. I've used the Cal Exotics Panty Vibe called the Little Black Panty and I hate that damn, overpriced toy with a passion! The panties are made of God-knows-what and itch and scratch so badly, like no other panty I've worn before. The vibrator has a remote, but the vibrations did nothing but frustrate and numb my crotch. If you can look past all that for $60 (I think is the price) then maybe it'd be worth it.

Now the best vibrator I've used in public is Noa. Very expensive and does have a few downfalls (like the fact that it dies super quickly) I did enjoy it more than any other. It's totally silent, can be worn under clothing. I wore it on Thanksgiving in my pants! Ha Ha. I even went inside a store like that and nobody knew. I just insert the insertable portion, and let the clitoral arm rest on my clitoris just like when you use it during sex -- that's what it's intended for, but it works well as a discreet panty vibe!

I've tried a few other cheap panty vibes that I also hated. I do have this Jenna's Devillish Fantasy vibe (sold here I think) and it's a sting ray strap on clitoral vibe. I liked it! I used it quite a bit until the leg straps tangled up so badly I had to cut them. But I'd strap it on under a dress (sting ray makes a bulge in tight jeans) and go to town. However, it's more noisy than Noa. I would only wear it in the car on mini road trips or turn it really low if I got out. Also, you can cut the straps off and just tuck the sting ray in your jeans. It stays in place well under tight jeans.

Or you could get a smaller bullet like the EF High Intensity bullet and slide it in the crotch liner of your panties. All my bullets were too loud to leave it on in public like this and the bullets hurt when I sit down. Also, bullets do little to nothing besides numb me, so I didn't love that method.
