My husband just recently invested in a sleeve that gave dimensions of 4"+ when stretched (regarding girth). Upon receipt, we discovered that although he is not an overly endowed man (in fact, he's short, but thick) it was not going to fit. After some serious lubing, he managed to get it on, only to complain of extreme discomfort after a couple of minutes. The evening was shot after spending so much time trying to make it work. My first word of advice would be to measure you girth and length while hard the first chance you get. Then, when ordering, get the next size up to insure that not only will it fit, but will do so comfortably. We had concerns about ordering on too big, as I'm sure you will, too. But believe me, in most situations, you'll be glad you did!
