Problems with Lelo Elise 2

Contributor: Hidingoutintx Hidingoutintx
Got the Lelo Elise 2 a few months back;; wife and I have had fun with her since then.

I fully charged it; last night, she joined us in the hot tub. She worked fine then and when we retired to bed later.

After our play, I cleaned her as per usual, then plugged her in overnight.

Tonight, I unplugged her and turned her on. Worked great. I turned her off, then tried to turn her back on - no response. After a few more unsuccessful tries, I plugged her back in for twenty minutes, then pulled her off. She came in immediately and ran at full power for about fifteen minutes on various speeds and patterns. Then, I turned her off, and tried to turn her back on.

Nothing.

I plugged her back in - the charge light flashed for a minute or two, then stayed on, indicating a full charge. However, I can't get her to turn on at all now.

Any advice? Is it possible to overcharge this battery?

I sent an email to Lelo customer support. I ordered it from Amazon (Eden Fantasyd was sold out, and we really wanted thus model). Has anyone had good results of service from Lelo, including warranty service?

Thanks for any advice. I love Lelo's products; this is, I hope, a mere temporary annoyance.

I've had a similar problem w/ Rondo except I don't use it in water. and the manufacturer won't even respond to my emails. so much for a full 1 year warranty.

LELO is pretty good about this stuff. Don't take no for an answer if they give you one - there is precedent with them having send replacements for defective vibrators on Amazon. Their toys do come with a one year warranty, so try to work with them. If that fails, contact Amazon. Despite the no return policy, they take defective things seriously. Be polite and persistent and one of the companies will help you.

Sometimes a phone call is necessary, Eve. Emails get lost in spam folders quite frequently.

I've never had to return a Lelo product, but I would imagine they would be quite eager to help you. No company likes to know they have a defective product hanging out -- email or call them and then let us know what happens.

Though, I do have to caution about buying toys off that Big River site -- especially if it's through an independent seller as the toy could have been used before and packaged as new or a total knock-off of the original product. Big River site does not vet their sellers.

Hi Hidingoutintx,

I'm wondering how it all worked out with your Elise 2? I've got a problem with my Tor 2 and I'm finding lelo awfully difficult to deal with.

I hope yours was sorted out, and would like to know how you went.
