Yup, Liberator uses high density foam that will last for a long time and will not squish like lesser foams will. There is an inner layer of water proof fabric that can be taken off if needed and a outer layer of velvet soft material that can be taken off and washed when needed. I do upholstery and can tell you that the price of the foam alone (if you were to buy it) is more that the price of the Heart Wedge.

I think it's totally worth it. The angle is great for g-spot stimulation.
