The ones with ordinary beads inside eventually grind down, especially due to pressure. The ones with metal beads do eventually get jumbled within the vibrator it's self, but can be smoothed out with careful precision though, and last far longer than traditional, normal beads.

When it comes to rabbit vibrators, internal vibrations do nothing for me; I much prefer a rotating shaft.
