I've heard a few friends swear that they can get off using these, but they seem so comical. Do any of you guys really use these for sexual release?

My daughter has a collection of rubber duckies and I swear when I first saw these I thought I would die laughing. I don't have one but I doubt I'd use it to get off on. Rubber duckies instantly put this guy in my mind now.
