Yes, it is safe for sharing. Glass is non-porous.

Yes, you can bleach or boil to sterilize. The bullet and straps are not sterilizable though.

As long as it is washed properly between partners it should be safe. Ghalik makes a good point about the straps and bullet though. They cannot be sterilized.

Only the glass part of it is sterilizable. I don't know if another bullet would fit in there or not but that might be an option if each person using it had their own.

As the bullet seems to go inside of the glass, I would assume that it wouldn't really be an issue.

I prefer a cleaning spray rather than bleach though.

It is definitely safe to share glass if you clean it thoroughly.

Yes, the main product review says it under cleaning and maintenance that it is "Bleachable / Boilable / Dishwasher safe / Soap and water."

Most cleaning sprays don't give enough germ killing action to be safe when using between partners. Triclosan might, but it would have to be carefully washed off before being put in contact with delicate tissue.

Either a 10% bleach solution or boiling the glass is recommended for sterilization.

I don't know if you can sterilize the strap portion, either. From what I have heard body fluids can get on the straps, and that could be a problem.

If the straps are removable since they are elastic you could probably clean them in boiling water. As for the glass piece itself it can be boiled, put in the dishwasher or dipped in a bleach solution

I was going to say that, too. You can't just think about the glass. You have to get the straps clean, too.
