It is really what you prefer, I have one on the way an I will probably be using it by myself with dildos.

if the noa is like the tiani i wouldn't suggest getting noa for solo play. i have the WeVibe 3 and it works great

I use the Tiani 2 alone so I don't see why not. I have actually worn it out in public!

I agree with travelnurse. If Noa works for you and your anatomy, it will work just as well for you during intercourse or solo play!
