Which one do you think would be suitable for someone new to strap on play?

Do you mean for anal or vaginal? They would both be quite good choices. The only major difference is that the BOB comes with two dildos, one 1" and one 1.25" diameter. The Flame is 1.25" diameter and has just a touch of texture. I think I would recommend the Flame for vaginal and the BOB for anal, but both are good for first-timers of both!

We have the flame harness kit and I must admit, I'm not crazy about the texture on the flame dildo. Of the two I'd suggest the Bend over beginner Harness kit...or maybe even consider the intermediate version. You may quickly outgrow the toys in the beginner kit.
