Can someone specify where the largest diameter is on this toy? I understand its probably the large part inserting the body, but in the video the girls gesture makes it seem like its the base.

The 1-3/8" diameter listed on the EF product page is the second bulge. I don't have mine with me, but I'm pretty sure the base is about 2" in diameter

I agree. I don't have it, but eden measures the largest diameter as insertable diameter I believe.
