Did anyone else have a problem with it not working right? I guess mine is just a dud. I think it's too late to exchange it or anything. =[ I put in a brand new battery inside and if I twist it just right it'll burst but then it dies. Now it's just died completely... Not sure what the problem is.

Submit a support ticket about the problem you're experiencing. If you haven't had the product for, I believe it's either 60 or 90 days, you should be able to return it for a new one. The first step, though, is submitting a support ticket.

We do take back products as long as you are within our 60 return time frame.

I have it all packaged and ready to send back. Just waiting for the UPS guy to come tomorrow or the next day to pick it up because I'm expecing another package. Edenfantasys is awesome. =]

I think maybe it was just mine that didn't work. It doesn't seem like anyone else is having issues with it. I sent it back so hopefully they get it and send me a new one. Hopefully that one works!

I thought Evolved toys had a one year replacement from the factory, you may want to check.
