Would you take your toy(s) with you if you went on a plane ride?
So far I never dared - I do not trust my suitcase will not be opened when I cant see it, and I dont want anyone playing with my toys. Or touching them. Yuck!

And I dont pack it in the hand luggage becase when it is placed in that tunnel they can see on the monitor whats inside... tad bit tooo embarassing.

So... anyoneone any exerince with that?

I'll be taking quite a few toys with me in January on a very long plane ride. I am a little nervous, but I'm not travelling with anything in my carry on bags--they'll all be in checked luggage. I've been reading about tips for travelling with sex toys, so I'm prepared to do it. Apparently you should,

1. Remove batteries from anything that requires them, or lock them into travel mode. Something suddenly vibrating in your bags will call attention to them.

2. Put the toys in individual, clear bags, so security can see what they are if they have to inspect them.

3. Be prepared to deal with an embarrassing situation, but know that airport security sees this kind of stuff all the time, and usually shrug it off.

For me, I feel that I am comfortable enough with myself to look an airport agent in the eye, shrug, and say, "My boyfriend lives there, and we haven't seen each other in seven months. What do you think we use them for?" I'm an adult, I'm not ashamed of my sex life, though I would appreciate discretion and respect. You hear of people getting harassed occasionally by security for traveling with adult items, and that's awful. But if that happens to me, I'll do what those people do, and sue, sue, sue. And I'll laugh all the way to the bank, after they lose their job over harassing me for traveling with a whip, a vibrator, a dildo, and whatever fun goodies I decide to take with me. I'll be gone for five months--I'm not leaving them at home, that's for damn sure!

Haven't had an opportunity to, though I'd do carry-on. Best to not make out a stolen property report because of the "anonymous and nonexistent" kleptos in baggage handling. Any rate, the most I'd probably take would be nipple clamps and the glass rose.

If you're going for so long, why not just ship them to his house before you leave?

That will depend on my money situation. It costs a LOT to ship there, and the mail system is less than trustworthy. I had packages shipped to me last year when I lived there, and it was like pulling to teeth to find them in their labyrinthine postal service.
