Do the Valentine Sale Codes Work if You're Buying A Deal?

I plan on getting a Pipedream product (along with a bunch of other stuff) this week and plan on using one of the Valentines 30% off codes. Now I see the "Deal: Free Pretty Pearl G-Spot with any Pipedream product $34.99+" on the product page and I'm wondering if I can take the 'deal' and still use the code? I know it says on all regularly priced items, but seeing as the item I'm purchasing is not actually on sale, I figured I'd ask.
