Vibrator for a guy?

Hi all. I'm looking for something pretty specific, and I'm not sure if it exists. I want something that, while I'm lying on my back, will put pressure on my perineum, curve down between by cheeks, and put pressure on my anus (without going inside)...and that vibrates. I've been using a Rude Boy vibe which works ok, but it has too much curve and has to be bent out of it's natural shape to get it where I want it. Because of that, it's really hard to keep it in the right place. So...know of anything that will do what I want? Thanks!
