Honestly even with lube 1 ball hurt to insert and remove. I don't even use the barbell thing bc that was beyond painful. Sex doesn't hurt when I'm well prepared but stoppping ,mid-way to practice your pc's would be rather silly. Get something else.

I wouldn't recommend it because my vagina is not small and the balls were still too big for me. If I were you, I would go with something smaller. They were uncomfortable.
