I work the exact same way- if I vibrator on frequent basis I start to notice that I need stronger and stronger vibes.
If I ween myself away from the vibes for a period of time, I find that Im more sensitive to a vibrator next time I use one. If I also mix it up (different patterns or vibrators, textures, shapes) it also shakes up my sensitivity.
