I recently purchased the WeVibe Touch but have had problems with it charging. When the touch is charging properly, a light glows orange, it will change to green when fully charged. However, my Touch will be on the charger and, after about five minutes, the orange light turns off indicating it has stopped charging. When I plug it back in, the light is orange again, not green, and never finished charging. I'm considering contacting the company but want to know if this is a common problem with the Touch first. Has anyone else had this problem?

I don't have the Touch, but that doesn't sound like a reliable product to me. I'd also put in a support ticket, or contact the manufacturer.

WeVibe product are notorious for having to really push in the charging mechanism harder than you would think you have to. Have you made sure you've pushed in into the toy all of the way? Not to hard, but firmly?

I own a We-Vibe Touch, the 3 and 2 Salsas and I have never seen a green light at all! All the chargers either glow orange when they're charging at the charger itself and the Salsa's and Touch's internal light at the base of the toy itself will blink. The light on the toy itself is also orange. When the toys are done charging, the light just shuts off on both the charger and the toy. Did they release another generation but not announce it?
