What is most important when deciding on a toy? Is it the company, the shape/design or the power?

There's no one feature I'd say is the "most important." A toy has to meet a few different criteria for me. If I really had to choose, I'd say the two most important aspects are size/shape (since I want to know that I'll actually be able to use it), and material (I prefer silicone, but anything with a safety rating of 7 or higher is usually fine).

There are a lot of different factors when buying. Material is a big one, along with design. And for vibrators, I never buy anything with less than a 4 vroom rating because it just won't do anything for me otherwise.

For materials, I don't like really firm toys (apart from glass, which is just too smooth to resist). I prefer really soft silicone over anything else.

POWER! also shape, if its a self powered toy.

1) Size that fits inside of me if internal or is easy to hold if external.
2) High power levels. Prefer rumbly vibrations. Will accept weaker vibrations internally but not externally.
3) High quality material. Usually silicone.
4) Rechargeable

material, design, price, ect.. no one think that we look for. it is more of a collection of things that need to be present in a toy for us to try it.

Oh, let's see.
Design/texture, I like the firm application of pressure to the right spots, or I like a lot of fun texture applied to the PS spot or front wall of my vagina.
Firmness or softness of material---I like things firm.
Company enters into it a bit---I'm more likely to buy more quickly if I know the company has good quality control and a good customer service reputation.
Color matters. Guess I'm vain.
Cost matters a bit---but less so since Eden, cost mostly just allocates *when* I'll buy something, not *whether.*
I am actually pretty open to all sizes. I hear lots of people say they only fit certain sizes... and that's true for me anally, but vaginally I'll pretty much adapt to anything if I like its design and texture.
