Seriously, one end looks like a medevil torture device the other is like a hook. Do you use both ends? Anyone have experience with p spot stimulation with this?

IF you do use it, keep a good grip on it. You don't want it to get sucked in.

It's really not as bad as it looks, it's actually very pleasant feeling.
And if you buy it, and your really not happy with it, it's $10.00, so really not too much money lost, just keep it as a weapon, next to the bed to beat off intruders with.

use the part that you feel comfortable with both ends works great , but is up to you, to decide, you won´t like the end, if i like it,i love the tree like with the balls like section , but may be you will hate it.i know most like the g-spot because is much easy to insert but is up to you to try, if you want to try it, i must tell you to buy it now because it´s cheaper before it´s more expensive
