It really depends on what YOU think you can handle - for me, I started off with a mini vibe, specifically a clitoral stimulator. After I got used to the feeling, I added something with penetration abilities.

I agree, though try more like anything under 3" circumference. Also, don't get anything with too bulbous of a head, or too much texture. Could spoil the mood.

If you never put anything in there start with a simple vibe. You may not like the vibration effect and opt for a dildo instead.
