I had to pick 2 . I love the full sized Fairy, but the Fairy Miniature has good power and is much easier to manipulate if we're using the wing or having sex and I'm in control of it.

That's a good point about being able to use it during sex. I'm a little worried that the full sized Fairy will be too big for me to use.

The Pocket Fairy is nice because it's portable, but depending on preference it's "buzzier" and the Big Fairy is just totally awesomeness. It surprised me by not being too heavy for its size, and not as loud as I had expected.

The Big Fairy is too big to really use during standard sex, but could be incorporated into play.

I really thought that with the size it is it'd be heavy. That's nice that it's not.

I only have the Pocket Fairy, but I don't really like it. It's buzzy, and not that strong. If I were to get another Fairy, I'd go for the Miniature.

I only have the Fairy Mini (the second-biggest). I think it was the right choice for me... the original Fairy just seemed enormous, and the Fairy Mini is a very easy-to-handle size for me.

I wouldn't personally go smaller... if you read Darling Jen's review of the Fairy Miniature (I think?) she explains how they're optimized for "size not performance" according to the packaging, so if you use them for very long sessions they can overheat. The Fairy Mini doesn't have that problem and I assume the Fairy Original doesn't either. Along with that, I've heard the littler ones are more buzzy and less rumbly.

I've only tried the pocket one (got it off a different site about a year ago) so I had to go with that one.
As a personal preference I usually go with rechargeable toys if I can though so if I were to get a different one I might go with the full size rechargeable fairy.

I prefer the Fairy over the more well known Hitachi. More interesting color and thumb wheel. Any of the choices you will be happy.
