I'd personally be more interested in the medium, but I think that it depends on how much girth you prefer due to your own anatomy. I also think that it depends on if you're doing anal/how experienced you are.

I have the medium and large sizes. The large is fairly big and can be uncomfortable at times. I'd go for medium, at least to begin with.
